Hi Ladies,
I am making reservations for a casual dinner get together for any women from the class of 69 who would like to join us. Just a time to sit, eat, talk and maybe listen to some music. It is going to be Thursday September 9th at Moonlight. I still call it that. Anyway if you would like to come please let me know. Either call me at 462 3692 or send me an email at Peggy_weber1@hotmail.com. I want to get a number by Monday the 30th so I can call and make the reservations no later than Tuesday the 31st. Exciting News!
We just reached 34% membership of the class to have signed up for the website! That is 265 Classmates out of 786 Classmates leaving 521 we need to find! Those numbers do not reflect the classmates we have in Memory.
If you know the whereabouts of someone not signed up please encourage them to at least sign up or let us know their contact information so that we can have it on hand to let them in on the big events.
There are several ways to post things or communicate with other classmates on here and we have a Face book group as well. That group is linked to the website.
Please feel free to post information or ask questions.
There has been a lot of positive feed back about the website.

We had a surplus of funds after paying all reunion expenses.
The reunion organizing committee met and voted to continue maintaining the website for 10 years.
Also, a donation was made to the Alton Education Foundation which funds innovative teaching programs in the Alton School District.
Please continue to visit the website which will keep you updated on events.Plus you can keep in touch with classmates.Don’t forget to update your profile if changes occur.

As I'm figuring out how to help you look for current information, the REDBIRD FORUM seems to be the logical place for extensive post and question and answer.
You could write a short blurb to alert people to tune in on breaking news and then post more details in the Redbird Forum or links to follow up on things.

We've sort of took a breather here but, are going to try to catch you up on things happening with the site and refresh it very soon.
Class Creator ( the host company for us) was making changes all last year (while we were building this site they were changing aspects and functions!)
New ones have been put into place and I need to relearn a few things.
We have some things to let you know soon and want you to know that we have the site for the next 10 years! So keep posting and keep us posted!
