TIM J. BODINE, 55, of 518 16th Avenue, Fulton, IL, died Friday, January 12, 2007 at his home.

Tim was born May 28, 1951 in Alton, IL, to Monte E. and Wanetta M. (Smith) Bodine. He was educated in Alton grade schools and graduated from Alton High School in Alton, IL. He attended Southern Illinois University for 3 years in Carbondale, IL. He served in the U.S. Army. Tim married Yvonne Elmendorf in Alton, IL. He later married Wilma June Rich in Sept. 1979 in Byron, IL. He was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 618 in DeKalb, IL and Union Local 501 in Aurora, IL. Tim was a member of A.B.A.T.E. of Iowa District 21, the Elks Club and American Legion both in Robinson, IL. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed fishing and playing cards. He was a sports fanatic.

Survivors include his loving companion, Barb Reveerts of Leaf River, IL; three daughters, Ann (Mrs. Jason) Dickerson, Brigit Bodine, and Ashley Bodine all of Robinson, IL; one son, Alex (Falisa) Rabozzi of Alton, IL; six grandchildren, Emily Calip, Kasey Cornwell, Ethan White, Conner White, Kierstin White, Alayna Rabozzi; one brother, Monte Bodine of Alton, IL; one niece, Traci Walker; one nephew, Flea Bodine; one sister-in-law, Penny Bodine; long time friends, Dorothy Kaestner and Julie Meiners.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service was held January 15, 2007 at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home with Rev. Terry L. Meiners officiating. Memorials were suggested to the Genesis VNA Hospice.
