Former Alton resident Harry J. Fulcher, 40, of Memphis, Tennessee, died Wednesday, August 15, 1990, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, after a lengthy illness.
Fulcher, a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran, was a printer at Rexham Corp. in Memphis.
He was born in Alton, son of James and Annie (Perkins) Fulcher of Wood River.
On Jan. 30, 1970, he married the former Sherry Marlow in Alton, and she survives.
In addition to his wife and parents, surviving are four children, Tommy, John, Ben and Stacey Fulcher, all at home; two brothers, Terry Fulcher of Wood River and Dennis Fulcher; a sister, Margie Masiero of Wood River; and his grandfather, Orville J. Fulcher of Murray, Ky. An infant sister preceded him in death.
Visitation and funeral services were held at Wood Haven Funeral Home in Millington, Tenn. Burial was in Wood Haven Memory Gardens in Millington.
