Patricia Ann (Tuggle) Williams, 72, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024. She was born on November 2, 1951. 

Visitation is at the Greater Saint James Baptist Church, 2016 Belle Street, Alton, IL, on Friday, May 10th from 9 am until time of the funeral service at 11 am. Interment will be at the Upper Alton Cemetery, 2090 Oakwood Avenue, Alton, IL.
